Should you be unhappy with your goods you can return them in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, in line with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of the return postage. We strongly recommend when returning goods that you send them using a service which provides you with proof of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility should your returns go missing.
